Maxlider Brothers Customs is one of a several companies that builds and sells Ford Bronco restomods, but that same outfit also turned its attention to the latest sixth-generation model shortly after it debuted, too. However, unlike some other custom builds out there, Maxlider’s Ford Bronco creations are, well, a bit controversial, at least in terms of their exterior appearance, which is what one might call a bit in-your-face. Regardless, there are obviously some people that like this extreme look, and for them, this 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor Maxlider custom might just be worth a bid.
Fans of the Maxlider Ford Bronco treatment can now bid on this Raptor version, which is up for grabs at Bring a Trailer with an array of custom bits and pieces. Maxlider debuted its version of the Bronco Raptor shortly after the high-performance model debuted for 2022, and we’ve seen just one surface for sale at auction since then – at least, until now. This one is finished in Area 51 and has just 1,900 miles on the clock, along with a rather long list of parts and accessories, to boot.
On the outside, that list includes matte black hood and bodyside decals, a modular brush guard, new front and rear bumpers, a Warn winch, AMP Research PowerSteps, an LED light bar, driving lights, ditch lights, and black 18-inch Maxlider Revolver Gunshot wheels wrapped with 37×12.5-inch BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 tires. Underneath, one will find a leveling kit to even out the stance, but inside the cabin, this example remains largely stock – save for a Maxlider Brothers Customs serial numbered badge.
The same goes for the twin-turbocharged 3.0L V6 EcoBoost engine, which is unmodified and retains its factory rating of 418 horsepower and 440 pound-feet of torque, mated to the stock 10-speed automatic transmission. Interestingly, this Maxlider Ford Bronco Raptor has already lived with three owners, in spite of its low mileage total and relatively young age, but now, it’s looking for its fourth in just a few years.
