The 2025 Ford Expedition offers a selection of audio systems, each offering a different sound experience inside the large SUV. With availability dependent on trim level and package, Ford Authority below outlines exactly what you need to know about each one, including what it takes to get them.
Six-Speaker Audio System
The 2025 Ford Expedition’s most basic sound system is the six-speaker audio setup, which is standard on the entry level Active trim as well as the fleet-only XL trim. This sound system adds no cost to these models.
10-Speaker B&O Sound System
An upgrade is offered in the form of the 10-speaker Bang & Olufsen (B&O) sound system, which includes a subwoofer. This setup is standard fare on the 2025 Ford Expedition Tremor and Platinum, and does not add any extra costs to these trims, either.
22-Speaker B&O Unleashed Sound System
Offering the best audio experience for the 2025 Ford Expedition, the 22-speaker B&O Unleashed sound system is available as an optional extra on the Expedition Platinum as part of the Driver’s Package, which costs $2,810. That Driver’s Package is also bundled into the Stealth Performance Package. Meanwhile, the Unleashed sound system is also included on the King Ranch trim as standard.
The redesigned 2025 Ford Expedition made its official debut last October. It began landing at dealers in April, bringing the full-size SUV one step closer to the hands of its customers. Since then, the Expedition – and its corporate cousin, the 2025 Lincoln Navigator – have proved to be extremely popular with consumers. The Expedition, specifically, has enjoyed an 18 percent uptick in average transaction price compared to the outgoing 2024 model year SUV, undoubtedly a result of The Blue Oval’s promise to “spare no expense” in regard to ensuring that the SUV delivers the best possible quality to buyers.
In fact, the Expedition typically spends just nine days on dealer lots. Production of the full-size SUV kicked off at the Kentucky Truck plant back on January 6th, 2025,
