Ford F-150 Recklessly Runs Chevy Pickup Off Highway: Video

The Ford versus Chevy rivalry has been going strong for over a century, but we’re pretty sure we can all agree it’s best kept on the track, not taken to the street. That sentiment clearly escaped a pair of pickups out on the road, endangering everyone else when the driver of a Ford F-150 got aggressive with a Chevy on their daily commute.

It’s not clear what led to the road raging confrontation, but the video shows the apex of it all. The Ford F-150 is seen speeding up to the right, presumably trying to cut in front of the Chevy pickup so they wouldn’t get stuck behind a slower motorist occupying the right lane. It’s difficult to discern, but it almost looks like the Chevy driver speeds up when the Ford F-150 accelerates to try and pass them.

Video still of the Chevy pickup veering off the road after being struck by the Ford F-150 in a road rage incident.

To the Ford F-150 driver’s credit, they turn on their left blinker to signal that they’re coming over, and that’s where things go south for both pickups. The Chevy attempts to stand its ground, but the F-150 is hell-bent on making it into their lane, no question about it. This results in a standoff between the two – and, ultimately, the F-150 doors the Chevy after taking a hard left on purpose.

The Chevy can’t hold its line. It goes careening into the median, throwing off dirt and grass as its swerves out of the way. Miraculously, it’s not worse, and the Chevy driver holds the wheel straight, preventing the pickup from nosediving into a turn and spinning out. The Ford F-150, meanwhile, continues on its way, uncaring of the chaos it left in its wake.

Another Chevy pickup was involved in a different incident, when the driver of a Ford Edge slammed into it and flipped itself over. Meanwhile, a Ford Maverick decided to treat the shoulder as its own personal passing lane, striking an innocent motorist before taking off at full speed.

  2. Basically all the drivers were in the wrong if the right lane is that open all cars should be in the right lane unless passing. Unfortunately lots of idiots put their who think they own the road and play games when people go around them

  3. Why are you saying its the Fords fault!? It’s the Chevys fault, driving slow in the left lane, which is for passing, and then it speeds up so the Ford cant pass! They should be charged for reckless driving.
