2026 Ford Bronco 60th Anniversary Package Officially Revealed

The Ford Mustang celebrated its 60th birthday last year with a special edition packed with retro flair – and now, it’s the Ford Bronco’s turn. Sixty years after the off-road icon first hit the scene on August 11th, 1965, the 2026 Ford Bronco is getting its own throwback treatment with its own 60th Anniversary Package.

The Blue Oval teased the 2026 Ford Bronco 60th Anniversary Package back in May, and as it turns out, it’s more than just an aesthetics upgrade. The special edition bundle, which starts with the Outer Banks trim, is offered with either the standard turbocharged 2.3L EcoBoost I4 engine or the optional turbocharged 2.7L EcoBoost V6, exclusively offered in conjunction with the Sasquatch Package. That means all 60th anniversary series Bronco models get the Advanced 4X4 system, a high-clearance suspension, and an electronic locking front and rear differential.

The 2026 Ford Bronco 60th Anniversary Package decorates the off-road pony with a set of meaty 35-inch Goodyear tires wrapped around 17-inch Gravity Gray alloy wheels for a vintage look. The center caps, colored Vermillion Red, feature the famous Bucking Bronco logo and “1966,” throwing it back to the off-road SUV’s first model year.

Vermillion Red accents are scattered throughout the vehicle’s exterior, featuring 60th Anniversary badging similar to the Mustang’s own celebratory model. The grille blends iconic Bronco styling with a modern expression, painted in Warm Alloy with Vermillion Red “BRONCO” script. And just like the Mustang, Wimbledon White – a classic Ford color – is making a comeback for a limited time, available as a full-body color, or as a painted roof paired with a Ruby Red body.

Inside, the package grants Alpine leather seat inserts and 60th Anniversary badging stitched into the seatbacks. Ebony leather upholstery fills out the rest of the cabin, complemented by Alpine stitching and Bronco Red accents gracing the instrument panel and grab handles. Standard running boards are also bundled into the package, as is a matte black Ford oval.

Finally, out back, the 2026 Ford Bronco 60th Anniversary edition gets a hard-center rear tire cover painted in Wimbledon White with a Vermillion Red Bronco logo.

At the time of this writing, pricing hasn’t been revealed, but it is expected to be announced shortly before the package becomes available to order in October 2025.

  4. 4 doors? Electronic lockers? Leather? Advanced trac? Turbocharged? And I’ll bet a big center screen and 10 speaker sound system. How is this “throwback” to 1966? It certainly shares absolutely nothing with my 170 6 cylinder ‘66.

  7. How about you put a coyote V8 in it because I’m all set with your turbo toilet engines and I don’t care about the epa or your so called mpg those engines really don’t live up too . I’m just saying because I would not buy any of your vehicles with the existing engines . A naturally aspirated engine is just more dependable and what I want not turbo communist epa junk.
