After experiencing two consecutive declines in May and June, Ford Brazil’s sales broke the streak with a significant double-digit increase in July. In fact, the Blue Oval brand’s showing last month is one of the highest volumes FoMoCo has achieved recently in the Brazilian market.
In July, a clear majority of Ford Brazil models posted healthy sales numbers, with double- and triple-digit increases. The brand’s strong performance was led by the best-selling Ford Ranger, which experienced a substantial increase, cementing its position as the brand’s sales leader, and the second best-selling midsize pickup in Brazil.
Furthermore, the strong performance of the refreshed Ford Territory, recently launched in Brazil, is also noteworthy. The compact crossover saw a notable year-over-year increase of 80 percent and a volume of nearly 1,000 units in July. Meanwhile, the Ford Maverick and Bronco Sport had the highest growth rates, strengthening their role within the lineup.
