Lincoln Nautilus Refresh Expected In 2027

The all-new, fully redesigned Lincoln Nautilus just debuted for the 2024 model year, representing what is a truly comprehensive makeover by anyone’s standards. As is typically the case in the automotive world, it probably won’t be long before the luxurious crossover receives its next mid-cycle refresh. However, while a previous report indicated that the Nautilus was in line for its next refresh in 2026, that apparently is no longer the case.

Rather, according to a new report from Automotive News, the Lincoln Nautilus is now scheduled to receive a mid-cycle fresh in 2027, a bit later than previously expected. It was back in October 2024 that Automotive News previously reported that the luxurious crossover would be receiving its next update in 2026, but with sales continuing to prove strong for the newer model, delaying that action a bit seems to make sense in this case.

In the meantime, deliveries of the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus just began in January 2024 after production of the outgoing model shifted from the Oakville Assembly plant in Canada to the Changan Ford Hangzhou Assembly plant in China for the new one. That has subjected the new Nautilus to tariffs over the past few months, but it continues to post sales increases, regardless. The 2025 Lincoln Nautilus carried on with just a few changes versus 2024, which isn’t terribly surprising given its comprehensive redesign in the prior model year.

The Premiere trim no longer comes standard with a spare tire, which has been replaced with a standard tire mobility kit, though the spare tire is still available as a $250 option. Lincoln also deleted the Reserve I (201A equipment group) for the 2025 model year in an effort to reduce complexity, which resulted in some pricing revisions, too. 2025 Lincoln Nautilus production began back on on August 12th, 2024, right after production of the 2024 model ended on August 9th, 2024, as Ford Authority previously reported.
