2025 Ford F-150 Raptor R: How Much Is The Most Expensive Super Truck?

In some cases, the 2025 Ford F-150 is more affordable than its 2024 counterpart, though the F-150 Raptor R super truck remains the most expensive pickup in the lineup. The supercharged six-figure truck will definitely set you back quite a bit, especially with certain options and packages selected, and below, Ford Authority lays out the choices that make the F-150 Raptor R an expensive off-road toy.

In order to acquire the F-150 Raptor R, buyers must first opt for the Raptor trim, which itself starts at a cool $78,905, not accounting for destination freight charges (DFC). The Raptor R Equipment Group (option code 803A) kicks that price up by $31,925, bringing the starting price to 113,520 including DFC.

The package is well worth it - it includes the supercharged Ford 5.2L Predator V8 engine, which is tuned to deliver a healthy 720 horsepower and 640 pound-feet of torque. The super truck also gets Code Orange colored tow hooks out front and back, along with an upgraded dual exhaust, modular front bumper, exclusive Raptor R themed graphics, a Raptor R grille, carbon fiber appliques, and interior Code Orange Raptor R badging, just to name a few.

But it doesn't stop there. Standalone options can make that price jump even higher. Selecting the optional tonneau cover adds $2,200 to the super truck's price tag. The wheels can also be upgraded with Code Orange painted wheel trim rings, which will set buyers back $1,980, while the twin-panel moonroof costs $1,495. The Individual Trailer Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and Customer-Placed Camera are available as a $1,185 bundle, while the convenient SecuriCode entry keypad adds $225 to the super truck's cost.

Finally, opting for the $190 engine block heater, $85 bed cargo net, the $85 wheel lock kit, and $80 spare tire lock drive the price even higher. With the 2025 Ford F-150 Raptor R fully kitted out, its price clocks in at $121,175, including DFC, making the super truck a pricey option.

Of course, for more practical buyers who don't need the super truck, the 2025 Ford F-150 isn't quite so pricey on the other end of the spectrum. The base F-150 XL starts at $38,710 not accounting for DFC, and while this trim also offers a wealth of options that can make it a bit more expensive, it's still nowhere near the range of the F-150 Raptor R.

Production of the 2025 F-150 range kicked off at the Dearborn Truck plant in Michigan on November 12^th, 2024, and a few weeks later, operations commenced at the Kansas City Assembly plant in Missouri on December 9^th as reported by Ford Authority.
