Incredibly popular from the day it debuted a few years ago, the Ford Maverick was just treated to its very first mid-cycle refresh for the 2025 model year, which brought forth some updated exterior styling, a new and larger infotainment screen, and a few other notable tweaks. As such, it’s no surprise that the 2025 Ford Maverick isn’t eligible for many incentives, which is normally the case with refreshed or redesigned vehicles, along with certain specialty models such as the Raptor lineup. However, the 2025 Ford Maverick is now eligible for a region-specific discount.

According to a dealer bulletin recently seen by CarsDirect, customers in certain parts of the U.S. can now get $1,000 in Retail Customer Cash on the 2025 Ford Maverick, including the sportier Lobo variant. It’s unclear what specific regions are offering this discount at the moment, but those in the market for a new Maverick will certainly be interested in seeing if they qualify, given the utter lack of incentives available for the compact pickup, otherwise.

In fact, as Ford Authority recently reported, the 2025 Ford Maverick is one of several models excluded from the automaker’s new “Zero, Zero, Zero” offer, which gives qualified customers the chance to score zero percent interest for 48 months with $0 down and zero payments for 90 days. It joins the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport, Ford Bronco, Ford Expedition, Ford Ranger, Ford Transit, Ford Super Duty and Lincoln Navigator, the 2024 Maverick, Ranger, Transit, Super Duty, Ford F-150 Lightning and Ford Mustang Mach-E, as well as all 2024 and 2025 Raptor models.

One could attribute the lack of incentives available for the 2025 Ford Maverick to tariffs imposed on imported automobiles earlier this year, which prompted The Blue Oval to raise prices on that pickup, along with the Bronco Sport and Mach-E, which are all produced in Mexico and sold in the U.S. For the Maverick, those price increases range from $645 for the Tremor up to $1,150 for the base XL hybrid, as well as the XLT hybrid. Destination charges have increased by $100 as well, meaning that the cheapest 2025 Ford Maverick will set one back $29,840 with that mandatory expense included.

Accidently lift parking brake. Black hole between seat and consul. Phone pairing controls phone volume. Complete horrendous nightmare. Rename the Ford Unf*¿k. Forcefed technology like a farm French goose.
