When most folks think of the Lincoln Navigator, they likely picture a large, luxurious, feature-laden SUV with room for the whole family. That’s certainly true, but these days, we’re also starting to see some older versions of the Navigator surface for sale at collector car auctions, mostly with low miles and in great condition. It’s an interesting phenomenon for certain, but clearer, there’s a market of some sort for these vehicles. Now, another one joins that growing herd – this very nice 2010 Lincoln Navigator.
This particular 2010 Lincoln Navigator is up for auction at Bring a Trailer with a fairly low 52k miles on the clock, and it remained in the possession of the original owner until the selling dealer acquired it earlier this year. It’s finished in Sterling Gray Metallic paint with a few minor blemishes, but remains in solid condition overall. It’s also equipped with the Monochrome Limited Edition Package, which added a chrome grille and body-color lower side cladding, coupled with 20-inch chrome aluminum wheels.
Inside, one will find Stone leather upholstered, heated, and cooled power-adjustable front seats, along with amenities that include a rear-view camera, navigation, the THX Certified audio system, rear seat entertainment system, cruise control, power-adjustable pedals, and three-zone automatic climate control.
Power come from the naturally-aspirated Ford 5.4L V8, which in this guise was factory-rated to produce 310 horsepower and 365 pound-feet of torque and is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, a limited-slip rear differential with 3.73 gears, and the Control Trac four-wheel drive system. The Navigator is also equipped with a rear load-leveling suspension and anti-lock four-wheel discs to help slow it down.
Along with this very nice Lincoln Navigator, we’ve seen quite a few others cross the auction block as of late. That list includes a 2008 model with 62k miles, as well as a one-owner 2011 SUV.
