In fact, October marks the sixth consecutive month that The Blue Oval has not offered any discounts or incentives for the Transit Connect, including May, June, July, August, September, and now October.
The lack of Ford Transit Connect discount offers during October 2022 is likely the result of healthy demand for and tight supply of the compact van range as Ford navigates ongoing supply chain constraints, including but not limited to the microchip shortage.

The Transit Connect is performing very well from a sales volume standpoint, earning a dominant 80 percent segment share during Q1 2022 and a 63 percent segment share during Q2 2022, followed by a 58 percent segment share during Q3 2022. By comparison, the only rival still in production – the Ram ProMaster City – earned a segment share of 19 percent during Q1 2022, 37 percent during Q2 2022, and 42 percent in Q3 2022.
