Those in the market for a nice, lower-mile Fox Body Ford Mustang certainly have plenty to choose from these days, as we regularly see exactly that go up for grabs on a regular basis. Most recently, that list includes pristine pony cars such as a 1990 7-Up Edition with 226 miles on the clock, a 1985 GT convertible with 8k miles, and a 1992 LX convertible Summer Edition with 18k miles, to name just a few. Now, we have yet another gem to add to that list – this 1993 Ford Mustang LX convertible, which is up for grabs at Bring a Trailer with just 4,300 original miles.

This 1993 Ford Mustang is a fine example of the last year for the Fox Body, and remained in the possession of the original owner until last month, which is when the selling dealer took possession of it. Now, it’s looking for a new home in simply stellar condition, with no noted flaws adorning its Canary Yellow paint or black soft top. It even has a set of chrome-plated pony wheels, which is a nice touch for a car of this vintage.

The same goes for the gorgeous cabin, which features black leather seating with power lumbar controls up front, along with various amenities including air conditioning, cruise control, Pony-logo carpeted floor mats, a factory CD stereo, and power windows and door locks.

Power for this particular Mustang comes from Ford’s 302 cubic-inch V8, which in this guise churned out 205 horsepower and 275 pound-feet of torque when new, which flows to the wheels via a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential with 3.08 gears. Truthfully, it isn’t often that we see Fox Body Mustangs in this sort of nearly-perfect condition, and as such, we imagine that it will attract plenty of eyeballs – and bids – over the coming days.

We’ll have more cool auction finds like this to share soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for more Ford Mustang news and non-stop Ford news coverage.
