For the 2024 model year, The Blue Oval brought back the fan favorite Free Wheeling package, albeit on the Ford Bronco Sport – not the regular Ford Bronco, which was one of several models available with the retro treatment decades ago. However, as Ford Authority reported just a couple of weeks ago, it seemed as if the Ford Bronco was set to receive a Free Wheeling package of its own after the automaker teased that particular combination when announcing the new Free Wheeling apparel collection. Now, the 2025 Ford Bronco Free Wheeling has been made officially official following its debut this morning.

The 2025 Ford Bronco Free Wheeling appearance package features the same familiar combination of red, orange, and yellow gradient graphics present on a variety of trucks, vans, and SUV models from the 1970s and 1980s, including the F-100, F-150, Bronco, and Econoline, which also featured painted steel wheels, black exterior finishes, and red/orange stitching inside the cabin. The package has been reborn yet again, this time, as an optional appearance package for the Big Bend trim only.

The 2025 Ford Bronco Free Wheeling appearance package adds the same sort of reflective red, orange, and yellow graphics on the body sides, along with body color door handles, an Iconic Silver grille with a red “Bronco” script, plus 17-inch gloss black steel wheels as standard equipment. Opting for the Sasquatch Package adds a set of 17-inch gloss black wheels with a machined lip and red pockets, too. Inside the cabin, the new package includes unique seats that features a mixture of marine-grade vinyl and fabric. The package will be available starting in January 2025, and joins a few other changes for the new model year – including the addition of three new exterior paint color options for the Ford Bronco Raptor – Marsh Gray, Desert Sand, and Ruby Red.

“Bronco has always been about fun and capability since day one and Free Wheeling’s looks kick that up a notch with its sunset inspired beach vibes,” said Steve Gilmore, Ford Vehicle Personalization chief designer. “We’ve modernized the new Bronco Free Wheeling in line with today’s fashion and graphic trends, including seats that mimic the color palette of the exterior stripes and unique pops of color that come together in an optimistic way.”
