The all-new, 14th generation 2021 Ford F-150 comes with a vast array of new features and technology, including Max Recline Seats, a Pro Power Onboard generator, Interior and Tailgate Work Surfaces, and more, even if it is still widely available with traditional features like a column shifter and even manual crank windows. Another thing that’s changed is the 2021 Ford F-150 infotainment screen availability.

As far as 2021 Ford F-150 infotainment screen availability goes, XL and XLT trims equipped with the optional 300A and 301A packages come with an 8-inch touchscreen as standard equipment. The larger 12-inch screen is not available on these models.
Step up to the XLT with the 302A package and the 12-inch screen becomes standard equipment. That is also the case with each trim level above it – the Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, Limited, and Raptor all come with the large 12-inch touchscreen as standard equipment.
For 2021, every Ford F-150 comes equipped with SYNC 4, regardless of screen size. Both the standard 8-inch screen and larger 12-inch screen offer the following capabilities:
SYNC 4 is the latest version of Ford’s SYNC operating system and is just beginning to show up in various Blue Oval models including the 2021 F-150, 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E, 2021 Ford Bronco, and 2021 Lincoln Nautilus. Moving forward, we can expect to see SYNC 4 appear in more and more Ford and Lincoln vehicles, which should come as a welcome change for owners.

I'm paying 50K+ for a 301a and i don't get the 12" screen. that a load of crap!
order the truck, specify exactly what options you want. wait 6 weeks and you have everything you want. don't buy off the lot and complain it doesn't have all the options you wanted
So don't buy it?
Tremor?
One important thing not mentioned, is that car play and android auto are now wireless! That is a great feature, in my opinion.
