Since the 2023 Ford Super Duty made its debut back in September, Ford Authority has kept a sharp eye out for examples of the heavy-duty pickup out and about. For example, we’ve already spotted a 2023 Ford F-350 XL chassis cab, a Ford F-600 XLT chassis cab, a Ford F-450 Lariat and a Ford F-350 Platinum Tremor, just to name a few. Our latest sighting is of a 2023 Ford F-350 XLT Regular Cab with the eight-foot bed.
This particular pickup is dressed in Race Red. It has chrome bumpers up front and out back, coupled with a bright chrome grille in the front and a set of halogen headlamps (with automatic high beam technology) and a set of halogen fog lamps. Active safety features include Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) and Forward Collision Warning sensors.
The side profile reveals a set of manually scoping and folding trailer tow mirrors with power adjustment and heated glass, along with a heated convex spotter mirror affixed to each side. The mirrors are electrochromic self-dimming, and also have integrated clearance lamps and turn signals. Also note the SecuriCode keyless entry keypad mounted on the driver’s door to allow easy, secure access to the vehicle’s cab.
Out back, the eight-foot bed features BoxLink tie-down points at the four corners, along with four premium locking cleats.
As a reminder, the 2023 Ford F-350 XLT is exclusively offered with a 4×4 drivetrain.
Additional updates to the 2023 Super Duty line as a whole include an all-new cab riding atop a a beefed up frame for improved towing, a revised tailgate step, and the relatively new Fully Networked Vehicle (FNV) electrical architecture, which helps prevent cyberattacks on the truck’s systems but makes it much more difficult for third-parties to apply tunes.

is it available with a stick to row through the gears?
Ford hasn't offered one since 2010 and likely never will again. A lot of folks on the internet say they want one... but when they were available as an option they weren't big sellers. Go figure
Like it or not the standard transmission is obsolete.
I wanted a stick in the 2000F-250 I bought new but could only get the automatic. I was disappointed until I drove it for a while. I tow a 14,000gvw equipment trailer from time to time and have decided an automatic will do anything a manual will do only better and easier. It may not be as fun to use but it sure is easier, especially starting out on a hill! I just bought a 2023 F-350 with a 10 speed, wondering how that's going to work out.
Just be happy it still comes with a column shifter.

Re the unsightliness of bed steps: Joseph “Rocky” Rockford would disagree.
Ordered mine should see it in late February of 23 love the bed steps wanted the new color but only available in lariat trim .so il go with Oxford White. Will be my 16th new f30 I've owned in my life time
They offer the REG cab in the F450 as well, with an 8ft box of course. But why a regular cab??? I would by an F450, or 550 in a super cab as I just don’t need or want a CCab. I currently have an 05 F350 S/C. Yah I know F350 DRW comes in the S/C option but the F350 doesn’t have the desirable widetrack front axle. And yes I know the F450 comes in the S/C configuration but only as a Cab & Chassis( No PU box & $$$ to convert ). So I wait with my hands in my pockets until Ford comes to an awakening. But I may be permanently asleep by then.
