Cobb Tuning has been churning out performance upgrades for a number of Blue Oval models for years now, a list that includes tuning support for the twin-turbocharged 3.5L V6 EcoBoost engine used in Ford F-150 pickups, a new intake scoop bracket for the Ford Raptor version of the same pickup, and its history-making Hydrocarbon Trap Intake, to name just a few. Now, the same company has taken things a bit further with a complete, custom build based on the third-generation Ford Raptor F-150 pickup.

Officially called the Cobb25 Edition Ford Raptor, this new build is based on the third-generation F-150 Raptor with the idea that the tuner could make the already capable high-performance pickup even more so. It was created for a number of other reasons as well – to celebrate Cobb’s 25 year anniversary, and also to give it something to show off at events and trail rides.

To that sturdy base, Cobb added a few of its own parts such as its Accessport tuner, a Redline Carbon Fiber intake, and front mount intercooler, coupled with a host of others from various aftermarket companies. On the outside, that list includes 37-inch Nitto Ridge Grappler tires wrapped around a new set of wheels from Cobb, Morimoto taillights, dust lights, and ditch lights, an SDHQ Motorsports chase rack that holds two spare tires and other goods such as twin fuel cans, a Pro Eagle jack, and a set of MaxTrax.

There’s much more planned for the Cobb25 Edition Ford Raptor as we move into the future, including an Eibach spring kit, which is currently in the works, and some secure storage from Builtright Industries. In the meantime, this custom F-150 Raptor will be hitting the trails and the show circuit – meaning that plenty of folks will get to check it out up close soon.

We’ll have more cool builds like this to share soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for the latest Ford F-Series news, Ford F-150 news, and comprehensive Ford news coverage.
