The 2023 Ford Maverick adds two new exterior colors in its lineup: Avalanche Gray and Atlas Blue Metallic. Here is a first look at the latter, Atlas Blue Metallic.
Atlas Blue Metallic is tagged with paint code B3. It’s a no-cost option available in conjunction with all trim levels and interior color combinations offered on the 2023 Ford Maverick. As a reminder, the following list comprises all the exterior colors available for the Maverick:
The following are all available 2023 Ford Maverick trim levels:
Finally, all available interior colorways are as follows:
The compact pickup receives a handful of updates for its second model year. Most notably, the Tremor Off-Road Package joins the lineup, which builds upon the existing FX4 Off-Road Package and includes a unique all-wheel drive system that utilizes a twin-clutch rear-drive unit with a differential lock feature, specially-tuned springs and shocks, upgraded half shafts, a heavy-duty transmission cooler, steel skid plates, unique dark gray anodized 17-inch aluminum wheels, standard all-terrain tires, and various Tremor Orange accents accents inside and out.
However, the forthcoming model year will also be a bit more expensive than its predecessor, although the fee for the turbocharged Ford 2.0L I-4 EcoBoost I4 was dropped. Additionally, the Maverick XL trim gains standard cruise control.
So far, the Maverick has proved to be a hit among customers. In fact, the number of orders placed for the 2023 Ford Maverick in September alone will likely exceeded its overall sales during calendar year 2022.

Geewhiz, excellent point...So FL dealer had a cancelation on the Floor and wanted 47k on a 30k sticker....tired of wanting one with no hopes of reasonable timing or price!
Ordered New Atlas Blue hybrid in September, being built week of 11-28 - right place / right time.
SJ, you are so full of it. There is no way you'll see your vehicle before 2023 and more likely 2024. Dreamers like you is why Ford jacks us all around.
Maybe so,but I ordered one in September in Chili red, hybrid and build Day is Nov 26th.Guess we'll see!
Eric, what model did you buy? What options did you have on it?
Wish you luck Eric but it makes no sense at all that you or sj will get a vehicle before hundreds of orders prior to you will get theirs. It's just Ford showing their lack of respect for their customers by jerking them around providing false info. They are the worst customer relation people out there. That's why you see so much frustration on these sites. People don't trust them, and rightfully so. Go buy a new vehicle and enjoy it now.
I bought a chili pepper lariat in September and it’s supposed to be built mid December
So ls my lariat. 12/5/22
I don't know but my is being built 12/5/22
My husband my Maverick January 2022 and was told it won’t be done until 2023
Ordere
SJ, what model did you buy? What options did you have on it?
Not a hybrid, I presume
I ordered my Maverick in January as a 2022. It was bumped to a 2023. Will I still pay 2022 pricing? Or will I get jacked with the 2023 increase?
Did your dealer contact you about rolling over your order to the next model year? According to all reporting, those whose orders weren’t fulfilled got a private offer from ford about the roll over.
Well, I like Velocity Blue, which is on my 22. Ordered a 23, tried to order Velocity, but ended up ordering Area 51. Atlas is ok, but just doesn’t pop like Velocity
Ordered mine on first day order bank wa open in September and no build time yet.
Same here
I just don't understand why FOMOCO can't build vehicles. I have been driving new Fords for about 50 years. I wanted to buy a new truck last year and the salesman didn't even want to talk about it.
I'm assuming build times are dependent on what options you order and whether or not the micro chips required for that option are currently available.
That’s pretty much the size of it. And it’s not just chips, there have been shortages of other components reported. The folks above should have had this explained to them by their dealer or, as I understand it, if their dealer had passed their email on to Ford, received info from Ford directly.
Whiz? Gee, how do you know it’s not American supplied components that are restricting final assy output ?
Can I still order a maverick or what?
I ordered 9/16/22 and was told they bumped my priority to 12 from 19. Whoop to do! Keeping the order but I bought a Santa Cruz base that’s dead nuts on the mark. If and when the 23 Hybrid comes in I will decide which one to keep. That Maverick better be a Cracker Jack because this SC is the real deal.
