Anyone that has children of a certain age – or friends with children – is already quite familiar with the Disney movie Frozen, as well as its overplayed soundtrack. But while Let It Go is likely the most popular song from that particular album, there are many more that have forged their way into our memory banks, for better or for worse, including Coronation Day, which marked the formal occasion that saw the ascension of the character Elsa as Arendelle’s new monarch. Now, a Ford Maverick owner behind the YouTube channel tubaplayerking has cleverly remade that particular tune into something completely different.
The concept here is pretty much what one might think – celebrating the fact that this owner finally took delivery of their Ford Maverick after an elongated wait, which is something that many are familiar with. He sings about silly things like opening the windows and doors, as well as using his new pickup to visit hardware stores, all in a pretty humorous (and quite corny) clip.
Our singer/Maverick owner is obviously quite excited about the prospects of owning “a real truck” that can do “real truck stuff,” which is likely the way a lot of customers feel as well, since many have never owned a pickup before. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a silly parody revolving around ordering a Ford product, but it is rather well done, at least.
Of course, this owner isn’t alone in that regard, as the Ford Maverick remains one of the hottest new vehicles on the planet, with demand far outweighing supply thus far. Many Maverick reservation/order holders still don’t know the status of their pickups, but the automaker will be adding a shift at the Hermosillo Assembly plant in Mexico this July as it aims to ramp up production to catch up with demand.
We’ll have more on the Maverick soon soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for the latest Ford Maverick news and comprehensive Ford news coverage.
It remained with one family until earlier this year.
We just want to know who gets to name these scents.
A nice example of the supercharged pony car.

That was brilliant. The first time me in forever. If toyota releases a similar truck at scale the Maverick is dead. I think many are angry at ford and it's price gouging dealers. No one will miss fords markups
This has nothing to do with Ford, it’s the dealerships that are marking up cars and trucks. ALL dealerships are doing this because of the lack of inventory. It looks like it’s starting to turn around though. Used cars and trucks in our area are starting to come down. 👍
With the back orders so high it will be years until you see inventory and taking the customers over the coals when people need a vehicle isn't making Ford look good. Normal people don't separate dealers from manufacturers. If a food store sells you rotten food or overpriced beef would you just not go there again? Just a thought. Worse others will say you bought a Ford, you got ripped off. And when the prices fall those mavericks will be worth 15k less. Wonder how that will go over
The dealer I'm working with ONLY wants $800 over list. I think that's reasonable in the current environment, even though I hate it none the less.
My ford maverick was to be delivered February, you keep updating delivery date now it's supposed to be delivered March 25 what is really going on?
Where is my truck?
183 days waiting for my XL hybrid. Just maybe I will see the truck in September 2023.
I ordered two of them, just in the hope one will arrive sooner or later. I'm 180+ days in, but really don't expect them to show up before July or August.
Are you going to buy two of them or just one? If you are just purchasing one, then realize that this is part of the problem, people ordering multiple vehicles. That means someone else is gonna wait for the one vehicle they ordered and now the dealership has one to mark up over MSRP.
I ordered July 7th 2021 and my order was finally accepted still no build date!
LOL, that's great!
No markup on ours last year or our next soon-to-be delivered Maverick. Mark-ups are on the dealerships. How you order your truck out will affect build date.
i waited 13 months for my maverick it was worth the wait
That's almost as bad as ordering a sofa from La-Z-Boy. /s
I ordered mine on 10/11/ 2021 , had to reorder because it didn't get built. Now it is scheduled to arrive 4/1 April fools day, to 4/14/2023
