The Ford Authority Take

After starting the calendar year with a very significant increase in January, Ford Argentina’s sales registered a more modest single-digit increase in February. Ford’s slight increase in the Argentine market during the second month of the year represents a sum of 52 units year-on-year and the third consecutive monthly increase for the Blue Oval brand in the South American country.

In February, most Ford Argentina models managed to improve on their sales numbers compared to the previous year, including the best-selling Ford Ranger. The Argentine-made midsize pickup truck had a healthy double-digit increase in the month and consolidates its position as Ford’s most popular vehicle in the nation.

In fact, the rise of the Ranger and some low-volume models served as a retaining wall for the significant falls of the Ford Territory and Ford Maverick. Between both models, the brand lost 230 units compared to February 2024, causing the Territory to lose momentum in the market, but it remained solidly the brand’s second best-selling nameplate.
