Ford Brazil sales increased 102 percent to 2,624 units in March 2023 compared to March 2022 results.

After the good performance recorded in February, Ford Brazil sales continued on a positive streak with a drastic triple-digit increase in March. As such, last month’s record represents Ford’s second consecutive rise and the highest growth among the top ten brands in the Brazilian automotive market.
The vast majority of the models that Ford offers in Brazil experienced significant increases in sales volume in March. Once again, overall growth was driven by higher sales of the best-selling Ford Ranger as the brand’s leading product in that country and throughout South America. The midsize pickup nearly doubled its monthly record, adding more than 900 units year-over-year.
However, the Ford Transit had the highest growth rate for the month and the entire first quarter of the year, and has established itself as the second best-selling model of the brand. Also noteworthy are the 8 deliveries of the F-Series in March, before the full-size pickup officially begins its sale in Brazil. As Ford Authority previously reported, the Blue Oval planned to go on a product offensive this year, and the results of that effort are seemingly already apparent.
