The Ford Authority Take

The very slight increase in Ford Chile sales in February continued the brand’s positive streak in the South American country, where Ford has now accumulated six consecutive months of sales growth and has been improving its popularity. Last month’s showing represents a significant loss in monthly volume compared to previous months.

Most models in the Ford Chile lineup saw sales increase in February, including the popular Ford Ranger and the Ford Territory, which led the portfolio. The midsize pickup saw a slight increase in the month but continues to improve its sales performance in the country thanks to an increase in local inventory of the redesigned model.

For its part, the Ford Territory positioned itself as the brand’s best-selling model this month, with a further increase and highlighted volume in its segment. The compact crossover surpassed the Ranger by just 14 units in February and had the largest increase in units compared to the same period last year.
