There are no Ford Maverick discount or incentive offers during May 2023 once again, meaning that The Blue Oval has once again excluded the compact pickup from any offers or deals this month. This isn’t a surprise, as FoMoCo has not offered any incentives toward the Maverick at all throughout the 2023 calendar year, a response to sustained high demand for the vehicle.
For context, below we have included the Ford Maverick discount offers (or lack thereof) throughout the 2022 calendar year, as well as the 2023 calendar year to date.
2022
2023
It’s certainly worth noting that sales of the Maverick have thus far proved decent in 2023, rising 12 percent last quarter. FoMoCo’s compact pickup dominated its only direct competitor, the Hyundai Santa Cruz, by quite a large margin, a testament to the high demand for The Blue Oval’s compact pickup. This has likely discouraged The Blue Oval from offering any sort of Ford Maverick discount or incentives this year.

Not only that, but the Maverick outsold its big brother, the Ford Ranger, by a large margin throughout the 2022 calendar year as well – a trend that has so far carried over to the 2023 calendar year.

Looking ahead, FoMoCo is adding a third shift at the Hermosillo Assembly plant in Mexico starting in July 2023 to be able to better meet demand for the Maverick.

Hi,
In the Ford Maverick pricing chart isn't the acquisition fee if you are leasing? I don't think Ford is leasing any Mavericks? Just curious, thanks
Ford has a lease offer on 2023 Maverick Hybrid XLT currently. $349/mo for 48 months, $2569 due at signing. The lease allows for 7,500 miles per year or 30,000 miles total over the 48 months. Ford doesn't state in the offer what the end of lease purchase price is, other than to state that if the lessee chooses not to buy the Maverick or any other Ford vehicle at the end of the lease they will be charged a $395 disposition fee.
Another in a line of limited quantity vehicles from the Big Three. They should now be known as the unable three.
Ordered a 2022 in January of 2022.
Received emails from Ford expressing frustration. Still NO Build Date or VIN number. Glad I still have my 2012 F150.
So when I go to order a Maverick sometime this summer or fall, I will either finance a purchase or pay cash but I will not be paying the acquisition fee and that will fly, correct?
