Ford Brazil sales registered another double-digit decrease in November, with the results representing the 23rd consecutive month that The Blue Oval’s sales have been in the red in the South American country, which is the direct result of Ford ending vehicle production in Brazil and consequently discontinuing its most popular vehicle lines in the country, such as the Ka. Despite that, the 2,046 deliveries recorded in November represent an improvement over the September and October results, which were below the 2,000 unit mark.
Apart from the massive drops experienced by the most popular Ford models, including the Ford Ranger – which has become the most popular Ford model in Brazil over the last few months, the increase of the Mustang is noteworthy. In fact, the result represents the second consecutive month of gains for the muscle car thanks to the recent arrival of the Mach 1 model in Brazil.
Additionally, Ford recorded the first sales of the all-new Ford Maverick during November in the Brazilian market, recording 39 deliveries.
