Ford Motor Company Mexico sales momentum in May further expands the manufacturer’s recent success in the Latin American country, where FoMoCo has been increasing its market share thanks to a fresh product lineup. Notably, May represents the company’s 15th consecutive monthly increase in the Mexican market.
The vast majority of Ford Motor Mexico models posted healthy increases during the month of May, led by the F-Series truck line which posted a substantial double-digit rise and more than 400 additional deliveries year-over-year. In fact, the F-Series was the company’s best-selling nameplate for the month, beating out the Ford Territory by just 7 units.
Meanwhile, the Ford Territory also achieved a healthy sales increase in May, and remains well ahead as the best-selling model year-to-date. Also notable were the dramatic triple-digit increases for the Ford Escape, Ford Mustang Mach-E, Ford Mustang, and Lincoln Nautilus – which continue their rise in popularity among customers in the country.
