After experiencing a solid four month winning streak, Ford Argentina’s sales fell significantly in October. The Blue Oval suffered a volume loss of 420 units last month, marking a negative performance that interrupted the recovery it registered in 2024.
In particular, Ford Argentina’s loss in October was driven by lower sales of the brand’s most popular Ford Ranger in the country. The midsize pickup again suffered a considerable double-digit contraction in October, falling below the 2,000-unit threshold it had surpassed for the past few months. This caused the Ranger to drop from second to third place among trucks in its class.
Despite the overall brand decline, three Ford models managed to increase their sales in October including the F-Series, Mustang and Territory. The Ford F-150 had the most significant triple-digit increase thanks to launched of the refreshed model.
Closing the week at $10.82 per share.
