Ford Motor Company Mexico sales posted a very healthy uptick in April, representing the second consecutive month during which The Blue Oval increases its registrations in the Latin American country. The results enable Ford to continue the positive momentum started in March after 14 months of declining sales in the Mexican market.
Marking a significant recovery compared to April 2020, the first month of COVID-19 lockdown in the Mexican market, most FoMoCo models posted a sales increase during April. In fact, all Blue Oval models increased their sales on a year-over-year basis, led by the Ford F-150.
In contrast, the Lincoln Navigator was FoMoCo’s only nameplate whose sales figures were in the red during April.
