Ford Brazil sales went through last month with a drastic and significant increase in February, as Ford doubled its deliveries compared the previous year. Notably, this is Ford’s first triple-digit increase in Brazil, and it represents FoMoCo’s 13th consecutive increase in monthly sales in the Brazilian market.
Ford Brazil’s impressive performance in February was driven by significant double- and triple-digit increases in the brand’s truck line, led by the all-new Ford Ranger that once again posted a solid showing. The midsize pickup strengthened its position as the brand’s best-selling model and continues to increase its level of competitiveness in the segment.
In addition, the increase in popularity of Ford’s crossover range in Brazil also contributed. The all-new Ford Territory obtained a new outstanding result by exceeding 500 units for the second consecutive month, while the Ford Bronco Sport added a total of 203 deliveries to the overall result.
