It should be possible considering the fact that the Bronco has the 7-speed manual available on the same 2.3L EcoBoost as has been the only engine choice so far in the Ranger. I doubt the manual will ever be paired behind a V6 but that might not be an issue in the Ranger since it would surprise me if the Ranger even gets a V6 option.
None of the photos Ford has released of the ROW (Rest Of World) Ranger has included a moonroof. Ironically, one is available on the 2022 Maverick so I suppose it’s possible that the North American version of the 2024 Ranger will get one too. But I wouldn’t hold your breath since the Ranger seems to wear the red headed stepchild hat here.
