Ford Motor Company Mexico sales registered a healthy increase in July. The jump was caused by a recovery in demand for vehicles compared to July 2020, which was severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The July 2021 performance represents FoMoCo’s fifth consecutive sales increase in the Mexican market.
The positive result was led by the Ford Ranger, which posted its best sales performance to date with 837 deliveries, once again being FoMoCo’s best-selling model in the Latin country.
In fact, Ford’s midsize pickup outperformed the F-Series for the third consecutive month. However, the F-Series remains Ford’s best-seller in the first seven months of the 2021 calendar year.
