When you bought your car, did you know that there were transmission problems?

Well I finally had my hearing with the arbitrator since my car has been parked in the garage for 2 years. I was awarded a new transmission and clutches, but Ford has me jumping thru hoops to get to that point. I just want this whole ordeal to be over. 57,000 miles.
