2014 Ford Focus I take it in once a year for clutch and adjustments. Today, This time it is the TCM. (89,000 miles). Under warranty but parts are still 5-6 months out. Picked the car up and will let it sit until.???? I called Ford and filed a complaint and they gave me a Claim# and said there is nothing they could do. No loaner, no answer and basically no help. What good is filling a claim and giving me a number. Is there a buyback program, active lawsuits or helpful information out there ?
