We’re in the same situation. Going on a month now with no answers on when this part will be available, but we’re welcome to trade it in if we want. Ours only has 75,000 miles on it. It’s just sitting at the dealership. I can’t imagine what a single mom (or dad) or anyone else for that matter, who relies solely on this car for transportation to work would do. It just isn’t right.
