Ford Argentina sales posted a significant triple-digit increase in April, achieving the second consecutive growth after posting a 154 percent growth in March. This impressive performance is due to fact that April 2020 was the first full month of confinement for COVID-19 in Argentina, and both vehicle registration centers and dealerships were closed.
As such, the vast majority of Ford models saw substantial sales increases in April, led by the four-digit growth of the Transit and the Ford Ranger. The locally-built midsize pickup continues as Ford’s best-selling vehicle in Argentina.
Notably, 65 units of the all-new Ford Bronco Sport were sold in the Argentine market last month, after its recent introduction in the South American country.
