Our Escape arrived at the dealer today. 13 months since it was ordered and almost 6 months after it was completed
Today is March 14 and now we are told it will be delivered April 6th. 16 months to get a car, You Suck Ford!
I was notified on 2/22/23 that our Escape hybrid had been shipped. It ia going from Louisville ky. to Valparaiso In., thats about 250 miles. I just got a text saying it is due to arrive at the dealer on March 16th.
Over 3 weeks from Kentucky to Indiana, come on who are you kidding. Something isnt right? Any opinions?It mis now Feb. 20. Still no car and no delivery date even though i am hounding everyone at Ford whose email or phone number i can find
We’re looking at canceling our order also and buying something off a lot but not a Ford product. ours has been sitting on the ramp to be shipped since September. No one at Ford cares
Has anyone received their Escape Hybrid? Ours was ready for shipping on Sept. 28,2022 and its now 2/2/23 and we are still waiting, seems very odd doesn’t it.
It is now January 25th 2023 and we are still waiting for our Escape to be shipped from the Louisville plant, It as now been finished any WAITING TO BE SHIPPED FOR 16 WEEKS! We now own a year old car and still don’t have it.
11 months to manufacture and deliver a car (so far). Babies only take 9 months to deliverIt’s also the Escapes that aren’t being shipped. Ours has been completed since Sep[t 28 and we are still waiting on shipping. It’s ben sitting for 4 months waiting to be shipped. Every 2 weeks w ge an update saying there is no update. Ford shipping sucks
iWe ordered our Escape on 3/8/22. It was compiled in 9/25/22 and we still don’t have it. It is still waiting on shipping.
Since our car is supposedly built and not shipped for 4 months so far we are also screwed because ford is doing nothing for thousands of Escape customers that ordered vehicles up to a year ago and have been waiting on shipping for months and monthsWe ordered our Ford on 3/8/22 using the A plan. The dealer said 8 to 10 weeks but maybe sooner because with the A plan they sometimes push them to the front of the line.
Our car ws completed 9/28/22. it is still waiting to be shipped! 8 to 10 weeks, bull and they knew it when we purchased it.
It’s been sitting in a lot in Louisville Kentucky. Ford doesn’t care about their workers our the public. The dealer knew I wasn’t getting my car in 8 to 10 weeks. Now how much longer do I have to wait for my 2022 while they are making and shipping 2023 model. NO ONE AT FORD CARES
