Ford Stock Down Two Percent During Week Of February 17th – February 21st 2025

The value of Ford stock decreased during the February 17^th, 2024 – February 21^st, 2025 timeframe. Shares closed the week at $9.28, which represented a two percent dip, or $0.20 drop in value compared to the prior week’s closing value of $9.48. The stock market was closed Monday in observance of the President’s Day holiday.

Ford share values are now six percent lower when compared to the first day of trading in 2025. Wall Street continues to grapple with how it should evaluate legacy automakers in the wake of the ongoing EV transition. That said, Ford has frequently shifted its EV product plans and goals, likely adding to skepticism from investors. It has now settled on an “everything for everyone” approach to its lineup that gives buyers a choice between gas, hybrid, and all-electric vehicles.
