I have a 2014 Ford Focus that needs the Transmission Control Module (TCM) replaced. No-one will service this transmission but the Ford Dealer. The transmission is under extended warranty, but the dealer keeps telling me the part is on back order for nearly 1 year now.
I know there have been supply chain issues, but the lack of information and action to address this issue is astounding. Going so long with an unusable vehicle is becoming a real hardship. Can someone tell me what the plan is? Do we need another class action law suite?

I have a 2014 F150 Platinum and the sliding rear window with defrost is not working. Ford has replaced the rear sliding glass unit and it still does not work. The rear window defrost and side mirrors defrost does not work. Has there been a recall on this? I know I am not the only one having issues so i would like someones input on this situation.

Hello! My car has the P0533 error, A/C refrigerant pressure sensor- high input.
I’ve done some basic repairs on my car, and it looks like this one is just a sensor to pop out and unscrew. But it seems like in some cars the valve stop the coolant from getting out when the sensor is popped out, in others the A/C coolant needs to be vacuumed out before doing that repair.
Anyone knows what is the case on my Ford Fusion 2012? I can refill the A/C but I can’t remove it, if that’s the case.

Ford issued Advanced Notice 22S27 on 4/19/22 telling all dealers to STOP delivery or demo of any new Explorers in stock because of a possible bolt fracture in the rear axle housing. Nothing is mentioned about any incidents and their fix so far is only to software in the Power Control Module. No mention either regarding how long this stop will last. Not a good thing to say the least. I got mine about a month ago and there is nothing in FordPass about this at all. Nothing has been sent to present owners. Hopefully this will hit the media soon and Ford will address it.

Does anyone know how to obtain a print edition for a 2022 Ford Edge Owners Manual?
Must include “how to” Sync 4.

I have a 2022 Ford Bronco outerbanks with less than 1000 miles and I towed it from San Diego to Hemet because of a transmission problem. At that time there was a wrench saying need to service vehicle. I took it to Hemet Ford who put it on the computer which showed only a minor battery problem and Hemet Ford cleared the computer and said nothing else appeared to be wrong. I towed it to Camp Verde, Az. When I reached the destination I discovered the Bronco would not get out of the towing mode and drive.
The next morning I called Ford Towing assistance and was towed to Jones Ford. Later they proceeded
to remove the transmission oil pan and discovered parts that led them to determine something had happened to the transmission. They indicated that I had not towed the vehicle properly. They said their transmission technician referred to a hot doc letter from December 2021 regarding towing the Bronco. My Bronco was built in January 2022 and I received it on March 7 2022. Nothing was said about towing problems from the dealer. I went to another dealer to confirm how to put the bronco into towing mode. In Hemet I again said I was towing the Bronco and said I had followed the towing instructions from the owners manual and had I done it correctly. The service rep in Hemet said yes I had.
I haven’t been able to get any additional information from either Jones Ford or Ford Motor Customer Service. I just keep
calling them and not receiving any concrete answers as to any status of the situation. I have more information I can forward when needed

I have a 2020 Ford Escape Titanium AWD. All literature says rear drive not used unless required. I am going to tow the Escape on a dolly behind my motorhome. I will be sure that Escape is in normal mode and I will remove the fuse which controls rear drive. I do not see any problem with this setup.

Does anybody know how to get production numbers of specific Ford Mustang convertibles?

We placed an order for a 2022 Ford E-Transit Van on January 18, 2022. At that time we were told we would receive a tentative production week once the order was in the system for 30 days. It is now March 25, over 60 days later and I still do not have a tentative production week. Can someone give me any idea what month this vehicle might be built?

I am a bit confused as to the $1000 bonus cash offered for orders placed in December 2022. I have seen a lot of posts in other Bronco Sport forums that say the dealer told them about the $1000 Bonus Cash offer when they placed their order in December. My dealer did not mention it at all. Is this something that is “automatic” with Ford that the Bonus Cash will show up when the BS is delivered or was it something the dealer would have had to input during the order placement? I also understand that there may be a bonus cash incentive offered when the vehicle is delivered, and you can only choose one or the other. Please help me out.
